Superfood #1

Hey Warriors, for our first blog post we thought we’d take it keep it nice and simple and go back to basics with a look at one of the most important food groups you need to maintain a balanced and healthy diet. While it may seem simple, in the mists of trend eating patterns and fad diets these simple basics can get left by the wayside, so today were bringing them back!

Although fresh is always best, whether you have them fresh, frozen, canned or dried these super foods are number one for a healthy diet. With 5 servings recommended for a balanced diet we suggests opting for a variety of green, red and orange veges in order to keep it exciting. 100% vege juice also counts towards your daily servings!
Remember veges are full of antioxidants which help protect the human body from nasty disease, stress and cancers. They also help boost immunity thus assisting your day to day health!
